Optional support

Digital support between appointments

AU$30 / 14-day support period

For suitable existing clients, a 14-day support period begins immediately after a first or subsequent consultation. It includes up to two brief, non-urgent message exchanges about recommendations already discussed, such as symptom tracking, clarification, reminders and appointment preparation.

This option will be activated only after the clinic has approved a suitable private communication method. It is not available for immediate online purchase at launch. Square booking notes or customer messages, ordinary email and SMS must not be used to send detailed health information.

Once activated, messages may be sent at any time through the approved communication method. Lynne responds Monday to Friday within two business days, excluding NSW public holidays. The service is not monitored on weekends or public holidays and is not an emergency or on-demand clinical service.

New concerns, detailed reassessment or significant changes to recommendations require an appointment. For urgent or life-threatening concerns, call 000.

Payment and access are arranged after the consultation. The support period does not renew automatically. A change-of-mind refund may be requested within seven calendar days of payment if the service has not been used. This policy does not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law.
